These Terms of Service govern your use of Tesla AI Video at https://teslaaivideo.org (the "Service"), which turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video from a template.
By accessing or using https://teslaaivideo.org you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You choose a template, upload one vehicle photo and select a quality (480p Standard or 720p HD). We generate a short, silent MP4 using third-party AI video models. Results are fictional, AI-generated content and may vary from the template preview.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, sexual, hateful or that infringes the rights of others, and do not use the output to impersonate or mislead. Tesla AI Video is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, SpaceX or any vehicle manufacturer; all trademarks belong to their owners.
You must own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload. Photos should show a vehicle; do not upload images of people without their consent, minors, or illegal or explicit material. Uploads are automatically checked and we may reject or remove content that violates these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Videos are paid for with credits purchased as one-time packs: 480p Standard costs 50 credits and 720p HD costs 100 credits per video. Credits are charged when generation starts and are automatically returned if generation fails. Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you may download and use the videos generated from your photos, including for personal and commercial purposes. AI output may be inaccurate and is not guaranteed to be unique; you are responsible for how you use and share it.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
